Creole Rock is a large rock formation just out of the water a bit offshore from Grand Case in St. Martin.

Accessible by boat, it is a haven for fishes, and makes a great snorkeling or diving excursion.

Snorkeling is best on the side facing the island, which is protected from waves. The seaward includes deeper waters for diving.

The shallow, protected waters around Creole Rock also make for an excellent night diving location. Sleeping fishes and hunting octopi are frequently seen on night dives around Creole Rock.

The rock surrounding waters are part of a marine preserve. No climbing on the rock and/or taking anything from the water.
